Mix all muffin ingredients and divide evenly between 12 Pam-sprayed muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes or until done. For frosting, blend all ingredients, divide by spoonfuls on top of cooled muffins, then spread. These are good hot or chilled. You can freeze them, too, and grab them out individually as needed. Unfrosted, these have 88 calories each. With frosting, they go up to 99. You can use these as a 100 calorie (1) snack, or even have 2 for breakfast like the NutriSystem muffins. They are within the 200 calories or below category for breakfast, so you can still add a fruit and protein (unless you want to count the frosting as your extra protein). The muffins themselves are high in protein already.
