Tisha Shares Her Success Story

My struggle with weight began about 8 years ago. I had just graduated high school, gotten married, and started college. I was very athletic all of my life where basketball was an everyday thing for me. All of a sudden, I had totally different priorities and I stopped being active. I did not exercise for the next 8 years. Add two handsome little boys to the picture and I was 35 pounds overweight.

I have not really tried to diet over the years. I half-way did Weight Watchers for a while, but just ended getting tired of counting points. I knew that there would be a day when I said enough is enough. That day was August 12, 2006. With the love and support of my husband, I began my journey to a healthier and happier me. This program has been the easiest and best thing that I have done for myself. I feel that most women don't give enough of their time to themselves. I decided that in order to be the best mom, I had to get healthy.

In 4 months I have gone from 200 pounds to 165 pounds and from a size 16 to a size 8! Thanks NutriSystem!
